"I want my portraits to look unique!"
Would you wear the same shirt as everyone else or want the same name? So why have the same portrait? I want your portrait to stand apart. That's my intention. I shoot in my studio and at numberous locations. I hate repeating myself and believe that variety is essential to a successful portrait session. During a portrait session I shoot an average of 100 images per hour with a wide variety of backgrounds and compositions.
"What about winter portraits?"
The winter light is beautiful and the images are sharp, so you'll be very happy with the results. We can split the session between the studio and outdoor locations keeping you as warm as possible. I will never force you to shoot on a very cold day. I encourage rescheduling if the weather report is not to our liking.
Clothing and Preparation
Texture is great. Avoid baggy clothes. Avoid bright patterns. Your clothes should fit well so you don't appear boxy. Dark colors (deep red, blue, green and black) usually work the best. Choose colors that bring out your eyes. Keep the shirts darker than your skin tone. Bring six to eight tops, though we won't us that many. If it's cold bring a warm jacket. Finally, arrive with your hair and makeup as you want it in the pictures.
